Sales Executive

Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at Desert Wave Tours, your main responsibility will be selling travel products such as visas, air tickets, hotel bookings, and transfers. This position entails in-house selling through various social media platforms, with a particular focus on live TikTok videos and other social media marketing strategies. It is essential to possess good communication and sales skills to effectively promote our travel products to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers through live TikTok videos and other social media channels to showcase our travel products.
Build relationships with clients and provide them with personalized recommendations and assistance in selecting suitable travel options.
Handle customer inquiries, address their concerns, and provide accurate information about our services.
Meet sales targets of AED 50,000 per person per month and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective sales strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, including visa regulations, flight options, and hotel offerings.
Utilize basic MS Office skills to manage customer data and generate reports as needed.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and promote our travel products.
  • Sales skills to drive conversions and meet sales targets.
  • Client handling and pressure handling abilities to address customer concerns and provide satisfactory solutions.
  • Ability to work well within a team and contribute to the overall success of the company.
