At Desert Wave Travel and Tourism LLC, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our valued customers. We recognize that circumstances can change, and you may need to make adjustments to your bookings. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and equitable, taking into consideration various types of services. Please review our refund policy based on the specific service you have availed:
UAE Visa:
- We process UAE Visa applications in strict compliance with the rules and regulations established by the Immigration Authorities. Please be aware that we do not have control over visa approvals, as this authority rests solely with the Immigration Authorities.
- Once a visa application is submitted, it becomes non-refundable, irrespective of the outcome. Unused visas are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Air Ticket:
- If you have made an Air Ticket booking through Desert Wave Travel and Tourism LLC, you have the option to cancel or modify your booking by providing us with a written notification.
- Refunds and rebooking are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline that issued the ticket.
- In cases of rebooking, any penalties imposed by the airline will be your responsibility.
- For refunds on issued air tickets, we will initiate the refund upon receipt from the airline. Please note that refund penalties will be borne by you.
- In the event of an airline-cancelled flight, we will make every effort to find an alternative flight or booking date for you.
Holidays:
- If your holiday plans are affected by circumstances beyond our control or unforeseen events, we will make every effort to find alternative booking options to suit your needs.
- However, if you request a refund, our liability will be limited to the cost of the bookings only.
- Please note that no refund will be provided for visas rejected by the Embassy of your desired destination country.
- We do not offer credit or refunds for non-bookable or non-refundable services. Refunds will be issued based on the amount refunded to us by the hotel or our supplier.
Transfers and Transportation:
- Refund requests for transfers and transportation services will not be honored if received within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
- If your cancellation request is received 24 hours or more before the scheduled service, a 50% cancellation penalty will apply.
Additional Notes:
- Different services may have unique cancellation and refund policies set by service providers. We will inform you of these policies before confirming your booking.
- Refunds for transfer transactions will only be processed for the original passenger for whom the service was booked.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payer or passenger using the same payment method initially used for our services.
- Refundable amounts are subject to a 20% refund processing fee.
- Once a refund is confirmed by Desert Wave Travel and Tourism LLC, you must claim it within 12 months from the date of confirmation; otherwise, it will be deemed forfeited.
- We reserve the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
